Description Report on the visit to Wales by David J Evans Governor of Washington and his wife Mrs Evans. Report of a visit by congressional aide Michael Arnold. Record of a conversation between the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth affairs Roy Hattersley and Mr Helmut Sonnenfeldt and Arthur Hartman of the State Department in which they discussed energy and the EEC's energy policy, Dr Kissinger's visit to Moscow, SALT and US/Soviet relations, detente, MBFR and CSECE, Cyprus and Portugal.
